Mixed Berry Cobbler
1 c flour1 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
3 lbs frozen mixed berries -- preferably fresh
Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs and mix well to make topping.
Place berries in a small cake pan or dish. Cover fruit with topping mixture.
Bake cobbler in a 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes. The top should be a light
golden color.
