1 1/2 c SUGAR

1 c COCOA

1 c WATER

1 ts VANILLA

MIX SUGAR, COCOA AND WATER IN A DEEP SAUCE PAN. COVER

AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT 15 MINUTES, STIRRING OFTEN TO

PREVENT BURINING. REMOVE FROM HEAT, COOL AND STIR IN

VANILLA. CHILL SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE USE.
