4 eggs 
 2 cups sugar
 1 small bottle almond extract
 2 - 3 tbsp cocoa (optional)
 6 cups ground almonds
 Beat eggs, add sugar and almond extract.  Mix well and add cocoa
 and almonds.
 Combine and drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
 Bake at 350F 8 - 10 mins.
 Make a thin mixture with icing sugar and water, roll warm cookies
 in it and allow to set.
