Butterballs
1 cup butter1/2 cup pwdrd sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add vanilla.
Gradually add flour.
Add nuts and mix by hand.
Shape into balls and bake on cookie sheet 20 minutes at 350 degrees (until
lighly golden brown).
While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
