1/2 cup margarine or shortening
 1/2 cup sugar
 1 cup mashed bananas
 2 eggs
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 2 teaspoons baking powder
 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
 2 1/4 cups flour
 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (mini chips are best)
 Cream shortening and suger until fluffy. Beat in bananas, eggs, and
 vanilla. Mix together flour, baking powder, and soda, then add to
 creamed mixture. Stir in chips.
 Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for
 10-12 minutes. You can use butterscotch chips instead of chocolate
 chips.
 There it is, I think I'll try these.
