BBQ BRISKET FOR A CROCKPOT

3-4 lb. brisket

2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke

1 tsp. garlic salt

1 tsp. onion salt

2 tsp. Worcestershire

2 tsp. celery seed

1 c. BBQ sauce

2 tsp. ground pepper

Cover both sides of brisket with Liquid Smoke, garlic, onion, celery

seed and Worcestershire sauce. Place in crock pot in foil. Put on

low for 8-10 hours. Take out slice across grain. Put in pot with

BBQ sauce for 1 hour.
