Cheesecake
2 pounds cream cheese6 eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
2 TBSP flour
1/2 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup (4 oz) sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 TBSP lemon juice
The cream cheese must be at room temperature and very soft. Add
all ingredients and blend with electric mixer until smooth. Pour
into springform pan and place into preheated 325 degree oven.
Bake for 50 minutes, then turn off heat and let it sit in the oven
for another hour. Remove from oven and cool; it will be about the
consistency of custard at this point. Cover with foil and let it
sit in the fridge for at least 48 hours to develop the proper
texture.
