LACTO: Cherimoya Sherbet
1/2 cup cherimoya, peeled and seeded (it's this strange tropical fruit)1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1 quart light cream or half and half (half cream half milk! It's an
American thing)
1 cup sugar
Combine all ingredients in blender and work until smooth. Pour into
2 quart freezer container and freeze until firm. Return to blender
and bland until just smooth, being careful not to break down the ice
crystals. Return to freezer until firm. Garnish with thin lime slices
and serve.
