Cranberry Citrus Sorbet
3/4 cup water1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups orange juice
In a saucepan over medium high heat, combine water, cranberries and sugar.
Stir occasionally until cranberry skins pop open and sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and puree. Add orange juice. Chill thorougly. Makes
about 1 quart.
