2 cups any flavor ice cream
 1 1/4 cups almond cluster multigrain cereal, coarsely crushed
 2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted
 4 teaspoons honey
 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 Using a large ice cream scoop, make four 1/2 cup scoops of ice
 cream. Place in a shallow pan. Cover and store in freezer till
 firm.
 In a small mixing bowl toss together crushed cereal and melted
 butter. Quickly roll frozen ice cream balls in cereal mixture.
 Return to pan. Cover and freeze till ready to serve.
 To serve: Stir together honey and cinnamon. Place ice cream ball
 on plate.  Drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey mixture over each.
