1 tablespoon butter
 2 eggs
 1 tablespoon cake flour
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 pinch of salt
 3/4 cup sugar
 1 cup buttermilk
 Mix butter, sugar and eggs well. Add rest of the ingredients and
 mix well. Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake at 350 F oven for
 approximately 45 minutes, until light brown and set.
