Title: Choc Cherry Dessert

1 chocolate cake mix (enough to make 2 layers)
 2 pkg. chocolate Jello Instant Pudding (makes 4 cups pudding)
 1 can Cherry pie filling  (15 oz)
 1 pkg. of Cool Whip (or other whipped cream product)
 1 Milk Chocolate Bar (finely shaved)
 Prepare cake and pudding as directed on packages
 When Cake is COMPLETELY cooled, cut each layer in half, horizontally.
 In large bowl ( I use a punch bowl) place ingredients in following order:
  -Cake
  -Pudding
  -Cherries
 Continue till there is a layer of cake on the top.  Top with whipped 
 cream and shaved Chocolate bar.  Use Maraschino cherries to garnish.
 Voila!  An Easy yet delicious dessert
