Pineapple Dish
5 slices bread1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
1 # 2 1/2 can crushed pineapple
2 eggs well beaten
3 Tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
Cut bread into 1 inch squares. Melt butter over low flame.
Brown bread in butter until crisp. Combine remaining
ingredients and pour into buttered casserole. Cover with the
bread squares. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. or until firm.
