Artichoke dip
1 cup Sour Cream (I use fat free)1 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
2 cans WATER PACKED artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Mix all ingredients, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 for
30 minutes (until bubbly).
I serve this w/ fresh veggies and melba toast.
