Hot Artichoke Dip

1 jar artichoke hearts

1 cup shredded provolone

1 cup mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, minced

1 round bread loaf, hollowed

Mix it all together, spoon into the hollowed bread, wrap in tin

foil and bake at 350 for half an hour or so until the cheese is

melted and the flavours yummy. This is best mixed together for a

while to allow the flavours to mingle and then baked just before

serving. Serve with bread for dipping. It's very easy and very

good.
