Artichoke Dip

2 cans artichoke hearts in water (not in oil)

2 cans green chiles

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Parmesan cheese

Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients

together in a glass baking dish and bake at 3500 for 30 minutes or

until bubbling. Serve with crackers, raw cut vegetables or tortilla

chips.

Variation: Add a package of drained chopped spinach
