Hot Chipped Beef Dip
2 1/2 oz pkg chipped beef, finely cut3 scallions, chopped with some green
2 tbsp chopped parsley
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 oz softened blue cheese
4 tbsp yogurt or sour cream
Rinse beef to remove salt. Combine all ingredients in a shallow
Pyrex or oven-proof dish. Bake for 20 minutes in a 325 degree oven.
Serve with toasted pieces of pita bread or crackers.
