8 ounces cream cheese
 1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
 1 cup brown sugar
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 Granny Smith apples
 Mix all ingredients together except apples.  Slice apples. (To keep
 apple slices from turning brown, soak briefly in water/lemon juice
 mixture.)  Dip apple slices into dip.
