This puts the store bought cheese balls to shame:
 PARTY CHEESE BALL
 2-8 oz. packages cream cheese
 2 c. stredded sharp cheddar cheese
 1 T chopped pimento
 1 T chopped onion
 1 T chopped green pepper
 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
 1 tsp. lemon juice
 Mix well and shape into 1 large ball or 2 small balls.  Roll in finely
 chopped walnuts or pecans.  If making day ahead, cover ball without nuts
 and refrigerate. It's best served when almost room temperature.
