Cheeseball Recipes
I always get compliments on this one and it doubles (or triples) well:8-oz. package cream cheese
3-4 green onions, chopped (I use only the green part)
1 pkg. Buddig's corned beef slices (or any very thinly sliced brand), chopped
Worcestershire sauce
horseradish
Tabasco
garlic cloves (finely chopped) or liquid garlic
Save 1/2 the corned beef to roll the cheese ball in - mix remaining
ingredients. I start with about a tsp. of horseradish, a couple cloves of
garlic, a dash of Tabasco and just enough Worcestershire to barely color the
mixture... then taste it and adjust from there. Form into a ball and roll in
the remaining chopped corned beef.
