Cheese Ball #1
Yield: 18 balls8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/4 c Mayonnaise
2 x 4oz cans deviled ham
1 tb Chopped parsley
1 ts Minced onion
1/4 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
1/2 c Chopped nuts
Beat cheese and mayo until smooth; stir in next 5 ingredients. Cover;
chill several hours. Form into balls; roll in nuts to coat.
