2 pkgs cream cheese
 3 T blue cheese salad dressing
 3 pkgs chipped beef (thin sliced packaged stuff)
 frozen onions to taste (The frozen ones taste better to me because they 
     tend to not be as strong as unfrozen onion.)
 chopped pecans
 Chop the chipped beef.  In a pie pan or other shallow dish combine all 
 ingredients except the nuts.  Shape into a ball and roll in chopped 
 pecans.  Let age at least over night.
 Serve with crackers or veggies.
