2 pkg cream cheese
 1 lb grated cheddar
 Mix together well with hands
 Add:
 1 T green pepper
 1 T pimento
 1 T onion
 NOTE: These must be chopped extremely, extremely fine, basically as 
 small as you can chop them.
 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
 1 tsp lemon juice
 dash of  cayenne
 Mix well. Form into 1 large ball or 2-3 smaller balls. Roll completed 
 balls in parsley, walnuts or almonds. Allow to age in fridge. These make 
 great gifts.
