8oz pkg cream cheese, slightly softened
 2 cans Underwood Chicken Spread (from makers of Underwood Ham spread)
 1t. mustard
 chopped onion
 Mix all ingredients, refrigerate until firm, shape into a ball and roll in
 pecan chips. Tastes best when served with Chicken In A Biskit crackers.
