Dips
Creamy Dill Dip1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. onion, finely chopped
1 T. milk
1 t. dill
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with fresh vegetables.
Fruit Dip
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth. Chill at
least an hour. Serve with assorted fruit.
Chili Dip
1 can (15 oz.) chili, no beans
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. green chili sauce or jalapeno salsa
1 can (2 1/2 oz.) sliced black olives, drained
Combine chili and cream cheese in a pan. Cook over low heat until cheese
melts, stirring occasionally. Stir in sauce and olives. Serve with
tortilla chips.
Chili Con Queso Dip
1 lb. Velveeta (melted)
1 can (15 oz.) chili with beans
1 can (4 oz.) green chiles (chopped)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
Mix all ingredients and bake in deep container for 35 minutes at 350
degrees. Serve with chips.
