2 cups sugar
 2 cups water
 2 cups vodka
 2 cups brandy
 1 ounce almond extract
 Combine sugar and water in a medium sauce pan, bring to a boil.
 Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 Remove from heat. Stir in liquor and extract. Transfer to tightly
 covered bottles.  Makes 6 Cups.
