CAJUN SPICE BLEND
 1/4     Teaspoon black pepper
 1/4     Teaspoon white pepper
 1/4     Teaspoon red(cayenne) pepper
 1/4     Teaspoon garlic powder
 1/4     Teaspoon paprika
 1/4     Teaspoon salt
 CAJUN SAUCE
 2       Tablespoons margarine
 2       Tablespoons flour
 1       Cup milk
 3/4     Teaspoon spice blend
 Make a standard white sauce from the flour, margarine and milk.  Stir in the 
 spice.
