1 tsp ground cumin
 2 tbsps. ground coriander
 1 tsp turmeric
 1/4 tsp salt
 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 1/4 ground cloves
 1 tsp cardamom
 1 tsp cayenne, more or less to taste
 Store in a air tight container.
