Easter Cake

Easter Cake

6 oz sugar
10 oz plain flour
4 oz butter
2 eggs
2 oz chopped walnuts
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
15 oz milk

Cream butter and sugar together then, beat in each egg separately,
stir in flour, salt and baking powder. Add milk and walnuts. Pour
in to prepared tin bake in moderate (350F) oven for an hour or
until firm to touch.


Icing

Boil together 3 oz powdered chocolate drink mix and 10 oz water
for 2 minutes. Stir in 10 oz of icing sugar.

Decorate cake with yellow chick and tiny coloured eggs.
