Homemade Boursin with Garlic and Herbs

Makes about 1-1/4 cups

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands Beau Monde Seasoning

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon Herbs de Provence

1 teaspoon fresh minced parsley

1 teaspoon water

1/4 teaspoon red wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce

Beat cream cheese and butter together until the mixture is light

and fluffy. Be sure to scrape bowl often. Add the remaining

ingredients and beat until well blended. Pack into a container,

cover tightly and allow to stay refrigerated for at least 12 hours

to allow flavors to blend. Serve chilled with crackers.
