Mock Clotted Cream
4 oz unsalted butter1/2 a small level tsp of powdered gelatine
4 oz milk
Warm milk. Melt butter and gelatine in milk. Put in liquidizer
(blender/food processor). Switch on for 1-1/2 minutes. Transfer
to jug and leave in fridge overnight.
