1 1/3 cup powdered skim milk
 1/3 cup boiling water
 2/3 cup white sugar
 4 teaspoons margarine
 Dissolve margerine in boiling water. Add sugare and stir, then pour
 over milk in a large bowl. Beat with mixer until smooth. Store in
 fridge.
 This recipe gives 1 1/3 cups which is pretty well equal to a 300ml
 can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk.
