Mozzerrella Cheese Sticks

Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs

Melted Butter / Milk / Beaten Egg

Dip the mozzeralla cheese sticks in the melted butter. And then

roll them in the bread crumbs. Slighty press the surface to make

the crumbs stick to the cheese sticks.

Repeat the first 3 steps util the cheese sticks are well coated

with bread crumbs. Deep-fat-fried the breaded mozzeralla cheese

sticks until they become golden brown in color.

Italian tomato paste

mild chunky salsa

water

Mix tomato paste, salsa and water together and season with salt

and sugar according to your taste. Adjust the measure of the

ingredients as you desired.

To test the oil temperature, use a chopstick or a wooden spoon.

Dip it into the oil. If there are bubbles around the chopstick,

the oil are hot enough for frying.

Don't let the oil get too hot. And, reduce the heat to medium when

you are frying the cheese sticks.

Place the fried cheese sticks on kitchen paper to absorb excess

oil.
