4 fillets of Catfish
 Cajun Seasoning
 3/4 cup salsa
 1/4 cup dry white wine
 3 Tbsp sliced green olives
 1 Tsp cummin
 Sprinkle both sides of fish with Cajun Seasoning to taste and either
 grill, bake or pan fry in non-stick fry pan until flakes (approx
 5 minutes on each side.)
 Meanwhile, make sauce with remaining ingredients. Heat and spoon
 over fillets when served.
