1 cup flour
 1 1/2 tsp salt
 1/4 tsp pepper
 1 tbs paprika
 1 can beer ( 12 0z )
 Extra  flour
 Mix batter ingredients together. Dip fish in flour and then into
 the batter.  Shake off excess. Deep fry in hot oil or in 1 inch of
 hot oil in a pan. Fry till golden on one side and then turn and
 repeat. Note: may be used to fry onion rings also.
