CATSKILL MOUNTAIN FRENCH
7 oz Warm water3 c Bread flour
2 ts Sugar
2 ts Salt
1 tb Butter/margarine
2 ts Red star yeast
2 tb Sesame seeds
The flour is an almost 3 cups -- go light on the measuring and watch
the dough ball. Use the crispy (french) mode.
