Baked Apples
Core 2 apples (I like Romas and Macintoshes best) almost to the bottom.Do not peel. Mix 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 3
tablespoons butter then pack into the apples. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at
325. Put into a saucer and pour cream around the edge (Ice cream is nice,
too). Serve.
