Here is a quick and easy way to use bananas.
 HOT BANANA GLORY
 1 medium banana
 1/8 tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp whipped topping.
 Wrap unpeeled banana in foil and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.   Carefully 
 unwrap and peel banana.  Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with whipped topping.
 Great way to use up bananas that are getting too ripe!
