1/2 ea Cabbage -- sliced fine

1 lb Bean sprouts

1 lb Potato, new

3 ea Egg, hard boiled

Cook potatoes with the skins on. Blanch vegetables until tender-

crisp. Chill all cooked vegetables; arrange attractively. Serve with
