Japanese Salad

5                    green onions -- diced

1 Medium diced cabbage

4 Tbsp. sesame seed

1/4 C. slivered almonds

1 Pkg. toasted chicken Ramen

noodles -- broken into small

pieces

Dressing:

1/2 C. salad oil

3 Tbsp. cider vinegar

3 Tbsp. sugar

Ramen seasoning packet (for

flavor)

Toast noodles in a 350 degrees oven for about 10 minutes,

stirring several times. Toss in almonds and sesame seed; allow

to cool. Mix cabbage, sliced onions and toasted Ramen noodles

very gently. Add salad dressing just before serving. Serves 8

to 10.
