Passover Candies

I had these the other day, and I must say they

were really very good.

Try it!

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted in double boiler

or microwaved for small amounts of time and mixed often)

2 cups matzo farfel

1 cup chopped nuts

1) Mix all ingredients until matzo and nuts are completely coated.

2) On an ungreased cookie sheet, take a teaspoon full at a time

and place on the cookie sheet.

3) Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Note: My grandmother usually makes these with a 3 1/2 oz can of chinese

noodles... the very thin round ones... instead of the matzo farfel.
