       Yield: 4 servings
  
     1/4 c  Dijon Mustard
     1/4 c  Honey
       1 ea Garlic clove, minced
     1/4 ts Ground Ginger
       4 ea Large Lamb shoulder chops
  
   Mix together first 5 ingredients.  Trim excess fat from chops;  place
   chops on grill.  Generously spread chops with half of spice mixture and
   baste during grilling.
