Stuffed Lamb Chops

4 American Lamb chops, 2 "thick With a pocket cut in the middle

8 pieces sourdough bread

1/4 lb sausage meat

2 pieces celery diced small

1 egg

1/8 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup chicken broth

2 Tbsp butter

3 Tbsp brown minute rice (cooked)

1 scallion, chopped

1/8 tsp ground cloves

Mix this dressing together and then stuff it into the slot in the

side of the Lamb Chop. Next on the top place a strip of bacon on

the top in a X patern. Top with a little Salt and fresh ground

pepper, garnish with fresh mint leaves Broil 8 minutes for rare,

14 minutes for medium rare, 18 minutes for medium. Serve with A

Ceasar Salad, and Fried Eggplant. Fresh Homemade Sweet Ice tea and

for dessert, Strawberry short cake, and serve dessert with a cup

of hot Earl Grey Tea.
