250 ml salad oil
 175 ml soy sauce
 125 ml lemon juice
 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 4 tablespoons mustard; prepared
 1 tablespoon pepper
 2 cloves garlic; crushed
 Mix all the ingredients together.  Use to marinate beef.  Reserve
 and use to baste meat while grilling.
