16 oz bottle stout ale
 1 c soy sauce
 1/2 green onion, chopped
 2 tb brown sugar
 1 tb ground garlic
 2 ts ground black pepper
 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
 2 tb honey
 Blend all ingredients together, check seasoning.  Marinade steak
 and grill or broil.
