Brine

        Per each gallon water:

3 ounces Prague Powder #1

1 1/2 ounces salt

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 ounce crushed black pepper

8-10 bay leaves, crushed

Just finished 8 salmon fillets in this - the smoker has been busy this week!
