This is my favorite marinade for *any* kind of meat (except beef).
 1/2 cup soy sauce
 2 Tbs red wine vinegar
 2 tsp honey
 2 tsp garlic powder
 Whisk all ingredients together in a shallow container. Add four servings
 of meat (i.e.,  four half-breasts of chicken, four pork chops, etc.). 
 Marinate for 30 minutes to 3 hours, turning once.
