1 c white vinegar
 1 c olive oil
 1/2 c white wine
 garlic, to taste
 1 ts salt
 1 ts oregano
 1/2 ts thyme
 1/4 ts Tabasco
 1 tb cilantro, chopped 
 2 chickens, halved
 Combine ingredients, marinate chicken at least one hour.
