Marinade for Grilled Chicken

2 cups Worcestershire sauce

1 cup oil

1 cup white vinegar

1 cup wine vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup liquid smoke

1 Tablespoon monosodium glutamate (msg)

3 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix

2 lemons, thinly sliced

1 Tablespoon salt

1/2 Tablespoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in large shallow container; add chicken.

Marinate at room temperature for 4 hours or in refrigerator for

8-12 hours. Use marinade as basting sauce when grilling chicken.

Remove lemon from any remaining marinade and refrigerate for future

use.
