THREE-CITRUS CHICKEN/MARINADE
here's a tasty one that can be used on the barbeque or over a stovetop grill.THREE-CITRUS CHICKEN/MARINADE
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup olive oil
4 cloves of garlic minced
2 teaspoons coarsely ground black
pepper
3 crushed bay leaves
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Your choice of skinned chicken

Mix all ingredients in shallow wide mixing bowl. Add chicken and
marinate 1-2 hours. Grill or broil, brushing marinade on chicken 2-3
times.
Marinade also may be used on salmon, tuna or shrimp. Reduce
marinating time so citrus does not "cook" seafood.
